Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service.
